Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in its original packaging
  • in the same condition as received

To start a return, contact us at support@nordalia.eu with your order number. We will provide the correct return address and step‑by‑step instructions based on your item. All returns are processed through our EU‑based logistics partners.


Refunds

You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nordalia.eu and include clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide instructions for resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return arrangement at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return damaged or incorrect items before contacting us. Some items ship from different EU warehouses, and we will provide the correct return address to ensure fast processing.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


EU Right of Withdrawal (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
